Intro

Children At Risk Foundation works with children in areas characterized by poverty, violence, crime, intoxication, and lack of public services in health and education. This creates areas with major social problems and develops into risk areas, where children become the losers and in extreme cases, become street children. Risk areas lead to ruined lives and human tragedy. Uncertainty and unpredictability make these areas very difficult to grow up in.
