BNCC visited its member Aker Solutions in Tranby

We visited the factory where Aker Solutions engineer the products, systems, and services that help the world meet its energy needs. In addition to the visit, we planned a company presentation to our members, that will take place on September 3rd. Save the date if you want to learn more about Aker Solutions’ operations in Brazil, as well as their perspective in Offshore Wind and Carbon Capture.
In the picture: Patricia Medina is a board member of BNCC, representing Aker Solutions. During her career in the company, she held management positions within project management and manufacturing focusing on the operational side of the business. Patricia now works as Vice President of Manufacturing at Tranby Technology Centre which is one of Aker Solutions’ most modern facilities for manufacturing of subsea equipment. With our Executive Director, Larissa Slottet.

Checking on your people though you are far from them is a good idea. To see if they are doing good and if they are being productive because the company is after the growth we could ever have. Based on your recent visit, it seems like Aker Solutions is doing well and there is nothing you should be worried about. Your people there are efficient that’s why there is nothing you should think of. You are lucky because your employees are dedicated on what they do! It’s very rare for employees to stay focus despite the idea that there is no one checking on them!
